Day 1 arrived in Japan

After a flight off about 11 ours i arrived in Tokyo,Narita Airport,Japan. I had some time to kill before my pickup arrived so i took the time and walked around for a bit.

My friend Yuichiro was going to pick me up, and so he did in style.

After a short drive and 2 pitt-stops we got into Tokyo and Yuichiro took me to this great place to have a meal.

The picture is not that great, but it shows the spirit of it for shure.

After this meal i was taken to my hotel where i will spend the first 3 days. I am staying in the super hotel:) with is fine for me, i have wifi so i will be able to update my website.
Because i dont want to have to much jetlag, i rested a bit and went into town. Found this great little jazzbar, right across my hotel. Very nice owner and a big jazz fan also.
I gave him my albums The Abyss and the album Peace, ode to the music of Ornette Coleman with he played both right away on his super hifi set. After a few drinks i went back to my hotel, The Super Hotel.
